I hit it today. 175 solid. No 175.5.

10 full pounds officially gone.

Now, to maintain it. I've been hovering under 176 for about a week.

Can I lose 2-3 more pounds? Should I?

More later on how successful I am at maintaining my weight.

I must admit, I feel great and have more energy than ever.
